Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible returns. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a refund, items must meet all eligibility requirements outlined below.

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Approved exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Due to the nature of chemical coatings and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or damaged by improper handling or storage. 

All chemical products are final sale once opened due to safety and hazardous material regulations.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email help@poppyspatina.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Because our products are chemical-based, any opened or partially used items cannot be returned for safety and compliance reasons.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please start a return request. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

All approved exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
